  Smithville smiles states they accept new and emergency clients. This past summer, I experienced massive pain in my lower right side due to an absess. Calling the number listed, directed me to another number for emergency requests - I spoke with the gentleman on the phone whom I assume is the dentist and who advised me it was Saturday and that they were closed and that I was not an existing patient and he could not assist - to come to the office on Monday to set up as a new patient. That said, I contacted another dental office in Niagara Falls - who was also closed, and where I also wasn't a patient - but they accepted me as an emergency patient and had me visit immediately based on my symptoms. I am now a faithful client at that location as opposed to this business 2 minutes walk from my home.
